Udai Dhawan

Udai Dhawan is a Managing Director and the Head of India for Standard Chartered Private Equity. He has been with SCPE since 2008 and has over 22 years of experience in financial services. Prior to SCPE, Udai worked for 13 years in corporate investing, M&A and corporate finance, across various locations including New Delhi, Mumbai, San Francisco and Dallas. He has in the past worked in Kotak Mahindra Capital, Sabre Inc., JP Morgan & Co., and Arthur Andersen. Udai has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and is also a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
