After spending 36 years, of which 28 years were in Senior Management roles, the longest stint was with Hero for 24 years and balance stint of 8 years with Escorts and 4 Years with Ranbaxy .
The version 1.0 was very enjoyable. I am now starting Version 2.0 of my life to offer advisory services, as a Friend ( Dost) ,to Family/s and Family Businesses , Strategic and Financial Investors while continuing to play a role with Start Ups.
I will leverage on my experience to continue to deliver wonderful outcomes to all my stakeholders while staying within Core Values. Delivering the desired outcomes require deep understanding , conviction, belief , hard work , imagination , humility , obsession to excel , and win win etc .
The roles have been very varied - Investment , Treasury , Fund Raising , Corporate Finance , M&A , P&L responsibility, Developing and building executable strategy , Organization and Culture , Mentoring , Family office and Wealth Management .
