Dennis Kwan

Dennis Kwan is the Regional Head of Asia Pacific and a member of the Global Leadership. He is involved in global origination as well as managing global fundraisings and developing and maintaining investor relationships.
He is an experienced private equity and infrastructure professional with a strong management consulting and restructuring experience in Asia and Europe.
Prior to joining MVision, Dennis spent seven years with Sumitomo Mitsui Trust (Hong Kong), a subsidiary of one of the largest trust banks in Japan. At Sumitomo Mitsui Trust, he focused on private equity and infrastructure fund investments. Prior to Sumitomo Mitsui Trust, he was a senior advisor at KPMG Business Advisory Practice, where he has led numerous restructuring, reorganization and performance improvement initiatives. Dennis also held various senior roles at Sony Corporation in both Asia and Europe.
Dennis received an MBA from Henley Business School, University of Reading and Bachelor of Commerce in Finance (With Distinction) from the University of Alberta. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
